We’re putting together a virtual Halloween parade!

Email a high resolution photo of you in your Halloween costume(s) along with the entry form to youth@harlingenlibrary.com.

Rules:
-Submissions must be family friendly
-Kids & teens (ages 0-17) are welcome to participate (and pets too!)
-Individual or group submissions are welcome

Submissions due by 8pm on Wednesday, October 27th. The show will premiere on our YouTube channel at 10 am on Halloween, October 31st.Halloween parade rules Entry form.
