We’re putting together a virtual Halloween parade!
Email a high resolution photo of you in your Halloween costume(s) along with the entry form to youth@harlingenlibrary.com.
Rules:
-Submissions must be family friendly
-Kids & teens (ages 0-17) are welcome to participate (and pets too!)
-Individual or group submissions are welcome
Submissions due by 8pm on Wednesday, October 27th. The show will premiere on our YouTube channel at 10 am on Halloween, October 31st.
